Recently responsible managers from ThysseKrupp Angang Steel  paid a visit to the factory of Fagor Arrasate in Spain to verify and accept a cut-to-length line that will be installed in the facility that the German-Chinese company has in Changchung, China. The new installation will process high strength steel up to 800 Mpa, in widths of 2000 mm and thickness up to 3 mm. It will be able to cut both rectangles and trapezoids. The coils to be cut can weigh up to 30 ton. The new cut-to-length line includes an advanced leveler with automatic quick change of cartridges, a high speed swinging shear and an electromagnetic stacker.
