Fagor Arrasate's design and manufacturing experience enables it keep abreast of the variety of blanks processed, in terms of sizes, materials and dies. That is why an innovative flexible control has been programmed, allowing the stacker's operating mode to be adapted to the blank to be stacked, maximizing the facility's efficiency every time.

Rear and lateral stacker

In January 2017, a Blanking line for exposed Steel material made by Fagor Arrasate has been installed in the middle east of China in the province of Nanchang. Fagor Arrasate has delivered the equipment from their Mondragon and Kunshan workshops. Erected and commissioned in minimum time, the Blanking line is ready to serve the OEMs in the area (JMC joint venture with Ford Motor Company and Landwind joint venture with Changan).

Totally integrated blanking line including feeding line, press,

stacker and automation.

An automatic oil washing machine for the strip surfaces to

achieve high-quality strip.

6 height roll leveler with semi-automatic rolls changing

device for quick roll changing and safe handling.

Cleaning devices to remove dirt particles from the feeding

rolls.

High level synchronization between feeding rolls, press and

swinging die to safe-guard productivity and the quality of the

exposed material.

Rear & lateral Start-stop stacker to adapt the production to

the different die requirements.

The stacking system in this new blanking line allows work with dies of two blanks per hit. One of the blank is evacuated from X to the lateral stacker and the other one in Y to the rear stacker.

Maximum production at any stacking point.

Thanks to the control developed by Fagor Arrasate, the desired position of the bundle can be introduced. Depending on this position, it is calculated what the stacker will do with each blank in order to optimize production.

Some positions selected will achieve greater production than others. Thus, the control in turn provides assistance by indicating optimal stacking positions for maximum production.
