Progressive die presses

Part production with no need for moving the part: that is, when it comes off the coil, the part is formed when it is moved along by the sheet metal itself. In this kind of installations a feeding line and a press are coupled together.

This manufacturing concept allows for greater output and higher production, especially in the case of small and medium part sizes.

The line is made up of an uncoiler, a straightener and a cyclical pinch rolls which feeds the system once after each stroke of the mechanical press or servopress.
