Manufacturing vehicles more and more Green is an irreversible trend in the Automotive Sector. To reduce pollution and fuel consumption is necessary that the car weighs less maintaining at the same time a perfect resisting capacity against collisions. Here the press hardened parts, hot stamped, are fundamental to get achieve the goal of having vehicles greener and more ecological.

Fagor Arrasate – Hotteknik has designed and built an new advanced press hardening stamping System to be installed in USA. It is a very modern production system that includes an automatic blank loader device, a heating furnace, a very  fast flexible robotized feeder, a hydraulic press specially engineered for press hardening and an output device.

Batz, partner in Hotteknik, is a World leader in the design and manufacturing of quenching dies for press hardening processes as Fagor Arrasate is in presses and Automation, therefore our engineers can supply to you the ideal system
for all your needs.

From June 2nd to 7th the BIEMH, the most important Machine Tool Exhibition in Spain, will take place in Bilbao. Our FAGOR facility in Zamudio is just 15 km away from the Exhibition Hall and from June 3rd to 5th we will exhibit a complete press hardening system (excluding heating furnace). Please be very welcomed to visit us and see this advanced installation.
There will be also the possibility to visit our tool making facility (Batz) in the town of Igorre.
